The mission of New Morning Foundation is to decrease the number of unintended pregnancies and to limit the spread of HIV/AIDS and sexually transmitted infections among people under the age of 30.

Public funds have seldom been enough to provide adequate services, and services are diminishing as the state makes budget cuts. New Morning Foundation provides grants and facilitates partnerships to bridge gaps and reduce the stress of getting reproductive healthcare.
